  • Included Support: Every paid item includes 6 months of support from the author. This covers questions about how the item works, its features, and help with fixing any bugs.
  • Extending Support: You have the option to extend the author's support period to 12 months for a small additional fee at the time of purchase.
  • What's Not Included: Author support does not include item customization or installation services.
  • Free Items: Please note that, as per our Free Items Policy, free items are provided "as-is" and do not come with an obligation for author support.
