Scorea Market is a platform that allows users to buy and sell licenses for digital assets ("Items"). We are not a party to the transaction between buyers and authors; we are the platform provider.

• For Buyers: When you purchase an Item, you are purchasing a license to use that Item as defined in our Licenses Terms. Please review these terms carefully.
• For Authors: If you sell Items on our platform, you must agree to our Author Terms, which are incorporated by reference into these main Terms.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading or distributing any content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Using any automated system, such as "bots" or "spiders," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Items on our marketplace are the intellectual property of their respective authors. You may only use them according to the license you purchase. The Scorea Market name, logo, and all related branding are our exclusive property and may not be used without our prior written consent.
