Welcome to Scorea Market. When you purchase a digital asset ("Item") from our marketplace, you are purchasing a license to use that item under specific conditions. You are not purchasing the ownership of the item itself. This page explains the rights and restrictions of each license we offer.

1. Key Definitions

  • Item: The digital file or asset you purchase and download from Scorea Market.
  • End Product: A customized implementation of the Item. For example, a website you build using a purchased template, or a mobile app you build using purchased source code.

2. The Regular License

The Regular License is the standard license for most items on Scorea Market. It grants you, the purchaser, a non-exclusive, ongoing right to make use of the Item you have purchased.

You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client.

What you CAN do with the Regular License:

  • Create one End Product for a client, where you transfer that End Product to your client for any fee. In this case, the license is transferred to your client.
  • Create one End Product for your own personal or business use (e.g., your company's website).
  • Make unlimited copies of the single End Product.

What you CANNOT do with the Regular License:

  • You cannot sell the End Product. If you want to create an End Product that will be sold, you must purchase the Extended License.
  • You cannot redistribute, share, or resell the original Item files.

Example: You buy a WordPress theme. You can use it to build a website for your client's company. You cannot use it to build a SaaS application that you charge users a subscription fee for.

3. The Extended License

The Extended License grants you all the rights of the Regular License, plus one additional and crucial right.

You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client, and this End Product MAY BE SOLD.

What you CAN do with the Extended License:

  • Use the Item to create an End Product (like a web application, SaaS, or a game) and sell it to an unlimited number of end-users.

What you STILL CANNOT do with the Extended License:

  • You still cannot redistribute, share, or resell the original Item files. The license is for the End Product you create, not the Item itself.

Example: You buy a PHP script. You can use it as the core of a project management tool that you sell to other businesses for a monthly fee.

4. Free Item License

Items downloaded for free are covered by their own specific license. For full details, please refer to our Free Items Policy.

5. General Prohibitions

You may not use any item from Scorea Market in a way that is unlawful, pornographic, or defamatory. The original author of the item always retains full ownership and intellectual property rights of the item.
